About this tool

What is the Review Request Message Generator?

A review request message generator drafts a short, polite message that asks a customer for an honest Google review and includes your review link. Keep requests simple and never reward only positive feedback.

It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.

Guide

How to read the result and act on it

The output is a short draft message with your review link, which you should adapt before sending. Check the tone fits your relationship with the customer: warm, brief and specific, ideally mentioning the service they received. Make sure it asks for honest feedback, not only positive reviews, and states how long it takes. Confirm the link opens the right review box. Send it soon after the job is completed, through the channel the customer already uses with you, such as email or WhatsApp. Keep a simple record of who has been asked to avoid repeat requests. After reviews arrive, thank people and respond professionally, so the next customer sees you take feedback seriously.

Common mistakes to avoid

Avoid scripts that pressure or steer customers, such as promising a reward or asking only for five stars. Review policies prohibit incentives and selective requests. Another mistake is sending a long, formal message that feels like marketing; short and personal messages read better. Do not send the same text in bulk to people who never used your service. Avoid sending requests at awkward times, such as late at night. Sending without testing the link is a common slip that wastes the customer's effort. Finally, do not ignore negative reviews. A calm, factual reply that offers to resolve the issue offline shows future customers how you handle problems.
