About this tool

What is the Google Review Link Generator?

A Google review link generator builds the direct link that opens the review box for your business from your Place ID. Making it easy for happy customers to review is allowed; paying for reviews or filtering them is not.

It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.

Guide

How to read the result and act on it

The output is a direct link that opens the review prompt for your business. Test it first: open the link while signed in to a Google account and confirm it shows the correct business name and the review box. Then place it where customers are ready to respond, such as in a follow-up email, a text message, an invoice footer or a QR code at your premises. Shorten or hide it behind descriptive text where appropriate, and keep a record of your Place ID. Check the link occasionally in case your profile changes. Combine it with a polite request that asks for honest feedback, and respond to reviews as they arrive to show customers their comments are read.

Common mistakes to avoid

Do not use a Place ID that belongs to another business, or reuse an example ID, because the link will send customers to the wrong listing. Another mistake is gating reviews, which means asking only happy customers to leave feedback or filtering out unhappy ones; this breaks Google's review policies. Avoid offering incentives in exchange for reviews. Do not bulk-post reviews on behalf of customers or ask staff to write them. Remember that the link only works for people with a Google account, so give another way to send feedback privately if someone prefers. Finally, avoid sending the link repeatedly to the same customer, which feels pushy and reduces goodwill.
