Turn a logo into favicon.ico, PNG icons, an Apple touch icon and web manifest icons in your browser.
A favicon generator converts one image into the icon files a site needs: a multi-size favicon.ico, 16, 32 and 48 pixel PNGs, an Apple touch icon and 192 and 512 pixel manifest icons. It also gives the HTML and manifest code to use them.
It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.
Results appear as you run it, with nothing to install and no waiting on a queue.
Each finding says what it means and what to do next, not just a raw value.
Copy the output straight into your CMS, spreadsheet, ticket or client report.

Upload a simple, high-contrast logo that stays readable at 16 pixels, then download the icons and add the HTML shown to your head. A good source is square and at least 512 pixels so the large sizes stay sharp. Check how the 16 and 32 pixel versions look in the preview: fine detail and thin text usually disappear, so use a bold shape or a single letter. After uploading, open the favicon URL directly in a browser to confirm it loads.
The common mistakes are a wide logo that gets cropped, tiny text that is unreadable and a favicon blocked by robots.txt or returning a redirect. Another is changing the icon without updating the file path or cache, so browsers keep showing the old one. Do not use transparent logos with dark artwork on a dark browser tab, and make sure the file is publicly reachable.
