This tool fetches the address you enter once, from our server, and reports what a crawler would receive. The URL is not stored; only a short-lived rate-limit counter is kept. Results show the page at the moment of the check and can differ from what a logged-in browser or a bot with different headers sees.

How to read the result and act on it

Start with the failed checks at the top of the list, since they are the cheapest wins: a missing title, a stray noindex, no viewport tag or a slow response. Then work through the warnings. A score above about 85 means the page covers the basics, but the number is a health check, not a forecast. Fix the issue in the template or plugin that creates it so every page benefits, rerun the tool, and then spend your effort on content depth and internal links.

Common mistakes to avoid

Do not chase 100 as a goal, because some checks, such as word count, are context dependent. Avoid judging a whole site by its home page, since templates differ. Do not ignore a passing score on a page that does not answer the search query. And remember a score tells you nothing about links or competitors: pair it with Search Console data.

What is a good SEO score?

A high score means the basics are in place. It does not predict rankings, which depend on content quality, links, competition and many other signals.
