Check a title's length, keyword position, caps and punctuation before you upload.
A YouTube title checker tests a draft title for length, whether the keyword appears early, all-caps shouting, punctuation overuse and misleading wording. It helps you spot problems before you publish.
It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.
Results appear as you run it, with nothing to install and no waiting on a queue.
Each finding says what it means and what to do next, not just a raw value.
Copy the output straight into your CMS, spreadsheet, ticket or client report.

Read the checker's flags as a to-do list ordered by impact. If the keyword appears late, rewrite so the main phrase comes first, then re-test. If length is flagged, trim filler words before you cut meaning; names, numbers and the core topic should survive. Warnings about all-caps or heavy punctuation are about readability: one capitalised word for emphasis is usually fine, a whole title shouted is not. A misleading-wording flag means the title promises something the video may not deliver, so either soften the claim or make sure the video proves it. Run the title again after each edit until the notes you care about are cleared, then compare two variants side by side before choosing one.
Do not treat a clean report as proof the title will perform. The checker tests mechanical issues, not whether the topic interests anyone. A common mistake is fixing every warning by making the title bland; a sharp title with one deliberate exception is better than a flat one that passes everything. Another is checking only the title and ignoring the thumbnail, which sits beside it and should add a different idea rather than repeat the same words. People also forget to test the shortened version: view the first 60 or so characters alone and see whether it still makes sense. Lastly, avoid adding the current year automatically, because an outdated year makes a video look stale.
