About this tool

What is the Prompt-to-Page Mapper?

A prompt-to-page mapper compares a list of buyer prompts with your pages and shows which prompts have a strong, weak or missing page. Every important prompt needs a page with a direct answer.

It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.

How to read the result and act on it

Read the result prompt by prompt. A strong match means a page appears to address the question; a weak match means a page touches the topic but may not answer it directly; missing means nothing in your list fits. Start with the missing prompts that matter most to buyers and decide whether each needs a new page or a new section on an existing one. For weak matches, open the page and check whether a direct answer sits near the top under a clear heading. Fix titles and headings that do not reflect the question. Re-run the mapper after changes and keep the output as a content to-do list.

Common mistakes to avoid

Do not trust the match without opening the page. The comparison is based on the words in your prompts and page titles or topics, so a page can be marked strong while its content fails to answer the question. Another mistake is entering pages with vague labels such as Blog or Services, which gives the mapper little to match. Avoid creating a new page for every prompt; several similar questions can share one well-structured page. People also map only the commercial prompts and skip early-stage questions, which leaves the start of the buyer journey uncovered. Finally, remember that the tool does not crawl your site, so the pages list must be complete.
