Estimate return on SEO spend from your own traffic, conversion and value assumptions.
An SEO ROI calculator multiplies extra organic visits by your conversion rate, close rate and customer value, then compares the return with what you spend. It uses only the numbers you enter, so the result is only as good as your assumptions.
It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.
Results appear as you run it, with nothing to install and no waiting on a queue.
Each finding says what it means and what to do next, not just a raw value.
Copy the output straight into your CMS, spreadsheet, ticket or client report.
Your content stays on your device. We do not receive or keep it.
Paste an export or enter numbers.
Everything is calculated in your browser.
Use the result to prioritise work.
The result compares revenue from added organic visits with total spend over your chosen months. Read the net return and the ratio, but also look at the assumptions behind them. Extra visits multiplied by conversion rate gives leads, and the close rate turns leads into customers worth a set value each. If the answer looks too good, test lower conversion and close rates to see whether the case still holds. Use the output to plan a budget or discuss expectations, and revisit it with real figures from analytics and your CRM as results come in.
The main risk is inflated inputs. Using a best-case traffic gain, a high conversion rate and a large customer value can make almost any project look profitable. Another mistake is ignoring the time lag: SEO costs begin immediately, while results usually build gradually, so the first months often show negative return. Avoid counting visits that were already coming in before the work started. Do not forget costs beyond fees, such as content, tools and developer time. Treat the output as a planning estimate, not a prediction.
