Paste JSON-LD or page source to check syntax, @context and common required properties.
A JSON-LD validator parses the structured data you paste, reports JSON syntax errors and checks common required properties for types such as Article, Product, FAQPage and VideoObject. It is a fast first check before Google's Rich Results Test.
It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to a server or stored.
Results appear as you run it, with nothing to install and no waiting on a queue.
Each finding says what it means and what to do next, not just a raw value.
Copy the output straight into your CMS, spreadsheet, ticket or client report.
Your content stays on your device. We do not receive or keep it.
A script block or the entire page.
Syntax and required properties are tested.
Use the Rich Results Test.
Paste your JSON-LD or page source and read the report from the top. Syntax errors come first: a missing comma, unclosed brace or stray quote stops the whole block from parsing, so fix these before anything else. Next, review the missing property messages for the detected types, such as Article, Product or FAQPage, and add the ones relevant to your page. Warnings about recommended fields are optional but useful. Once the markup passes here, test the live page in Google's Rich Results Test to confirm eligibility, and revalidate after every template change.
Do not assume a clean result here means a rich result will appear. Eligibility depends on Google's own rules, content quality and whether the page is indexed. Another mistake is pasting curly quotes from a word processor, which breaks JSON. Avoid validating only one template and assuming all pages match, because dynamic fields can output empty values. Do not mark up content that users cannot see just to satisfy a validator. Also remember that a missing recommended property is not always an error, so prioritise required fields first.
